Download buttons appear on the order confirmation email, the thank-you page, the order status page and the customer account. Buyers always have a way back to their files.
Licensed PDFs
Every page of a PDF gets a licence footer added at download time, so each copy is tied to the order it came from. You can include the buyer's name and order number if you want to.
Limits, expiry and revocation
Set how many times a file can be downloaded and how long links last. Refunds and cancellations revoke access automatically, so a returned order can no longer open the files.

Choose your storage
Add the app and pick a plan. On a hosted plan there is nothing to set up, we store your files for you. Prefer your own bucket? Paste your Cloudflare R2 keys in Settings instead. Either way the app encrypts everything it stores.

Add files to a product
Upload the files a product should deliver. They are encrypted on the way into your bucket, so they are never stored or sent in the clear.

Buyers download securely
After checkout, Shopify shows each buyer their download links. Every download is counted against your limits, and the file is decrypted only on the way out.
