Plan limits are a gentle guardrail, not a wall. A storage limit only stops new uploads, and your buyers can always download what they have already bought.
Which plan is right for me?
Give us a rough idea of what you need and we will suggest a plan. Nothing here is sent anywhere, it just updates as you change it.
A rough guide: a typical PDF or ebook is a few MB, so 1 GB is hundreds of them. An hour of video can be 1 to 3 GB.

On the Pro plan, storage over the included 1 TB is billed at $0.08 per GB-month. There are no order or bandwidth limits on any plan.
Pricing questions
- Can a buyer ever be blocked by my plan?
- No. Plan limits only stop you adding new files once you reach your storage cap. Every buyer can always download what they have already bought.
- What happens if I reach my storage limit?
- You will see a prompt in the app. You can upgrade to a plan with more storage, remove some files, or switch to Bring your own storage for unlimited storage in your own bucket. Your existing downloads keep working the whole time.
- Are there any bandwidth or egress fees?
- No. Delivering downloads never adds a bandwidth fee, no matter how large the files or how many buyers download them.
- How does Pro storage billing work?
- Pro includes 1 TB of storage. If you store more, the extra is billed at $0.08 per GB-month through Shopify, so you only pay for what you use above the included amount.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can move between plans at any time from the app, including switching between hosted storage and your own bucket.
